01How do I place an order on Zopha?+
Browse our stores, add items to your cart, and check out. You can order from Indian groceries, halal meat, dairy, Manpasand, Costco, or Sam's Club in a single order.
02Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?+
Yes, within a limited time after placing it. Once your order is packed, changes may not be possible.
03What can I order from Zopha?+
You can order fresh groceries, produce, dairy, meat, pantry staples, snacks, beverages, household essentials, international groceries, Indian groceries and halal products through Zopha.
04Can I order groceries from multiple stores in one order?+
Yes. Zopha allows you to shop products from multiple participating stores and add them to one convenient order, subject to store and product availability.
05Does Zopha deliver Indian groceries in Austin?+
Yes. Zopha offers Indian groceries and specialty products from participating local Indian grocery stores, including products such as rice, atta, dal, spices, snacks, frozen foods and other pantry essentials.
06Does Zopha deliver halal groceries and meat?+
Yes. Zopha offers halal groceries and halal meat from participating stores, subject to product and store availability.
07Are products charged at the same price shown in the store?+
Zopha aims to provide transparent pricing based on the products and stores available through the platform. Items sold by weight may be charged according to the actual weight purchased.
08Is Zopha available throughout Austin?+
Zopha serves customers across Austin and surrounding areas in Travis County and Williamson County. Delivery availability depends on the specific address entered during ordering.
09What areas does Zopha deliver groceries to?+
Zopha provides grocery delivery across Austin, Travis County and Williamson County, including Cedar Park, Round Rock, Leander, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Brushy Creek, Avery Ranch and surrounding areas where delivery is available.
10How much does delivery cost?+
Free delivery on orders over minimum orders.
11What are your delivery hours?+
We're open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM. Orders placed after closing are picked up the next morning.
12How long does delivery take?+
Most orders arrive within an hour of being placed, depending on store and driver availability.
13What payment methods do you accept?+
All major debit and credit cards through secure checkout in the app. We do not currently accept cash on delivery.
14Do I need a Costco or Sam's Club membership?+
No. Order Costco or Sam's Club items through Zopha at the same shelf prices, with no membership required
15How are items sold by weight priced?+
Items like meat and produce are weighed at checkout and billed to the exact cent — for example, a 1.9 lb cut is billed as 1.9 lb, not rounded up.
16What if something arrives missing or damaged?+
Contact us through the app, by call or text at (737) 382 1237, or email contact@zopha.co, and we'll make it right.
17How do refunds work?+
Refunds are issued automatically for unavailable items, or on request for missing or damaged items. See our full return and exchange policy for details.
18Do I need an account to order?+
Yes, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and check out faster.
19Where can I download the Zopha app?+
The Zopha grocery delivery app is available for iOS and Android. Customers can download the app and order groceries for delivery to eligible addresses.
20How do I track my order?+
Open the Orders section in the app to see live status from packing through delivery.
