- Order already out for delivery? Text us. It's the quickest way to reach us.
- Missing, damaged or wrong item? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will refund or replace that item. Refunds cover only the affected item, not the whole order. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
- Want something in writing? Email contact@zopha.co for receipts, refunds and anything you want on record.
