Queso fresco or fresh cheese is the quintessential embodiment of Mexican cheese. Traditionally made from raw cow's milk, Queso Fresco is a soft, moist, curd-style fresh cheese that is bright, creamy, and pleasantly milky. Great for traditional mexican cuisines, use crumbled or cubed as a topping for enchiladas, soups or spicy dishes. Also a perfect stuffing cheese because of its soft yet compact consistency. • 10 oz Ranchero Queso Fresco • Soft, creamy curd-style cheese • Easy to crumble • Great for enchiladas, soups and more
